Misty M. Manning found her niche shortly after attending Stephen F. Austin State University in 2011. Her real estate career began managing Tax Credit Properties with Picerne Real Estate Group. As the company migrated to Dallas over the past/next decade, Misty was tasked with learning and managing Class A & Class B Properties in over 11 different Dallas-Ft Worth neighborhoods including: Preston Hollow, Downtown Dallas, North Oak Cliff, Lewisville, Frisco and McKinney.

Misty is a seasoned pro when it comes to luxury multi-family and property management. LMC, RPM Living and Avenue5 are just a few of the National MultiFamily Housing Council (NMHC) ranked top developers and managers Misty has worked for in the past decade. She now utilizes her vast knowledge and experience gained from her well-established property management career to assist clients secure homes and oversee their real estate investments.
